The Tri-West Bruins girls basketball team made it to Class 3 A semi state in Jeffersonville for the first time in 22 years, losing to Silver Creek High School, 59-43. Here, Grace Sandlin shows the emotion of the game. “Our kids persevered through so much, this group was quarantined two different times, we lost five games off the end of our schedule before sectionals,” Tri-West head coach Tom Gliva said. “They just played like a family. They care about each other; they play together, and they play hard.
