It is with a saddened heart that we say goodbye to one of Hendricks County’s great community leaders, Richard A. Carlucci, who passed away on May 20th. Richard was born in Chicago and later served as Plainfield’s Town Manager for 28 years. It is said that “he was most proud of the thriving parks system and the Recreation and Aquatic Center that now shares his name.”
Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family including his wife, Mary Jane Carlucci; and children, Tony Carlucci (Lilly), Kaitlin Wonder (Lance), and Collin Carlucci.
Mr. Carlucci, you will be greatly missed.
