Avon Tri Kappa is once again giving away scholarships to area high school students. The organization is now accepting applications for their 2017-18 scholarship program. The chapter plans to award around $3000 in scholarship money to one or more qualified high school seniors residing in the Avon-Washington Township community who plan to attend college or vocational school in fall 2018 after graduating from high school. The process includes a student essay. Last year, scholarships were given to Regan Roetken, Allyssa VanBuskirk, Amber Greaney, & Humza Syed. The students have expressed how humbled they were to be chosen.
