Beasley’s Orchard in Danville updated the dates for its Sunflower Festival. Sunflowers will be available to pick and enjoy Sept. 10-19.
The sunflowers will be available until 8:30 p.m. Friday-Sunday both weekends so guests can enjoy the golden hour of sunlight and take photos in the blossoms at sunset.
Beasley’s 0rescheduled the event due to planting challenges. The family-run orchard had to replant its sunflower seeds after rainy weather forced them to start over.
This is the second year for the festival.

Hours: 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday; 12-8:30 p.m. Sunday; 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Thursday
Cost: $5 per person
