Indiana State Police are still looking for two suspects who bailed out of a stolen vehicle this morning in Avon.
The chase started around 4 a.m. Police say the suspect was driving a stolen car from the west side of Indianapolis.
Indiana State Police troopers chased the vehicle along 10th Street in the early morning hours until the suspects bailed.
“The individual jumped out of the car and took off running. Our K-9 teams were on scene but were unable to track him,” Avon Police Deputy Chief Brian Nugent said.
The search took place in the area near Lake View Court and Dan Jones Road.
Officers were able to locate the stolen vehicle and some of the man’s property.
The suspects are still missing.
