AN OPTION
Fall temperatures call for a fire with family. We choose to be inside with a fire as our dinner was prepared tableside at Hirosaki Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar.
We started with sushi sampler and crab rangoon, one of the best I’ve ever tasted. As a family, we ordered several entrees. My choice was the filet mignon and shrimp with vegetables and noodles. The filet and shrimp were cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth.
Dinner and comedic entertainment by our chef was outstanding.

My husband and I have tried just about everything on the menu, but our absolute favorite food would have to be the buffalo chicken sandwich.

It has a great atmosphere, with good food and even better people.
BEHIND THE BARS
Dracula’s Juice
Bartender: Marie Ruggeri, Brownsburg
- 1 1/4 oz Bacardi Limon
- 5 oz Island Oasis lemonade mix
- 3/4 oz Razzmatazz
- 1/2 oz. Blackberry syrup
- 2 cups of ice
Pour Razzmatazz and blackberry syrup into bottom of glass. Blend remaining ingredients. Pour into glass, top with fresh blackberries and fangs.
