The aroma of cakes baking in the oven greeted my nose as I opened the door to Sweet Paige’s in Brownsburg. We were not the only ones seizing the day with desserts. We were joined by three tables of patrons savoring cupcakes and cookies.
We ordered fresh-baked cupcakes: chocolate Nutella, cookies and cream and snickerdoodle, plus snickerdoodle and chocolate chip cookies. Then, we saw the walnut sour cream coffee cake and added to our order.
Each bite of the cupcakes and cookies were full of flavor and were finger-licking good. The walnut sour cream coffee cake was full of walnuts and cinnamon which paired perfectly with Julian Coffee signature blend Roasters and Breakfast Blend hot tea.
The dessert flavors change daily including cupcakes, cakes and pies.

My husband and I are on a quest to try all of the yummy drinks on the menu. We love the crab rangoon and pineapple fried rice.

Tiki culture is all about escaping, so that’s probably why I like it so much.
